Objective: A complete refurbishment to update the apartment’s aesthetic and comfort through high-quality finishes, whilst maintaining the original layout.

The Challenge: The apartment had a solid foundation but a completely dated aesthetic: walls covered in old wallpaper, an antiquated kitchen and bathroom, worn flooring, and basic lighting. Buildwell Mallorca’s objective was to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment to breathe new life into the property and bring it up to modern standards of comfort.

Works Undertaken during the Full Refurbishment

Surface Treatment: We removed the old wallcoverings, repaired the wall surfaces, and applied high-quality emulsion paint in neutral and stone-grey tones. The result is a smooth finish that reflects natural light evenly throughout the space.
High-Resistance Flooring: We installed new flooring over the existing surface, unifying all rooms (including the terrace). This adds warmth and a sense of visual continuity, making the apartment feel much more spacious.
Bathroom Update: We renewed the wall and floor tiles with large-format grey tiling and designed a shower area featuring technical mosaic flooring, enhancing both safety and aesthetics.
Lighting & Thermal Comfort: Replacement of all lighting points and pre-installation of an air conditioning system
