Ion and his team have done a spectacular job for us. Ion has excellent communication, is super efficient and produced high quality work. The process has been very professional from start to finish and he finished the project ahead of schedule. He sent us daily photo updates, which was very useful as we are based abroad and kept us informed of progress and challenges on the way. In the process for obtaining licenses he used his initiative to fast-track the project and was very proactive in the face of an issues we had. Cuando vi como trabajaba Ion me quedé impresionada por lo bien que hacía el trabajo, limpio, puntual, contante (hasta que no lo termina no está tranquilo) detallista en los trabajos finos para que quede correctamente. Por mi trabajo he llevado muchas obras y no había visto un profesional del sector tan bueno como el, te aporta ideas muy buenas que ayudan a mejorar lo que tu pensabas. BuildWel Mallorca hat die komplette Renovierung meines Hauses auf Mallorca durchgeführt.
Die Arbeiten wurden vor Ablauf der Frist abgeschlossen. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Während der Renovierung schickte uns Ion immer Bilder von den durchgeführten Arbeiten.
Die Verständigung mit Ion ist sehr einfach, er spricht fließend Deutsch.
Die Arbeit wurde über meine Erwartungen hinaus ausgeführt.
Daher wurde das Badezimmer komplett renoviert. Es wurde sehr sauber und mit größter Sorgfalt gearbeitet, insbesondere auch bei den Fliesen. Die Fliese lässt sich erstaunlich gut platzieren. Auch der Pool wurde tadellos renoviert.
Ich kann die von ihnen durchgeführten Arbeiten wärmstens empfehlen, Fullneunbau, Fullrenovierung, Dach, Trocckenbau, Renovierung Bauarbeiten, Schwimmbäder.
Daher ist dieses Unternehmen für jede Art von Arbeit geeignet. Wichtig ist, dass sie über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung verfügen. Die Qualität der Arbeit ist sehr hoch.
